Bernie Rice is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Vice President (SVP).  He joined 91porn in 1999 and is based in Jacksonville, Florida. He was named CIO in 2008, and is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of Information Systems supporting 91porn clinical operations in six states and policy and prevention work in 25 states.

His computing and technology experience has enabled 91porn to advance its mission and realize its strategic destination by leveraging its investment in technology. Bernie has helped build 91porn into an award-winning organization, most recently achieving HIMSS Stage 7 for both inpatient and ambulatory operations. 91porn has also been continually recognized as a Most Wired organization. Prior to joining 91porn, he served in the United States Air Force and as an Information Systems Manager with Anheuser-Busch Companies, LLC.

A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Bernie attended the University of North Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.  In addition, he has achieved the Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) certification from the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), where he is a member. In addition to CHIME, he is also a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
